Finding Meaning in Medicine – Reclaiming the Heart and Soul of Medicine. The Institute for the Study of Health and Illness (ISHI) offers a series of innovative Category 1 CME retreat workshops to help physicians find deeper satisfaction and meaning in the day-to-day practice of medicine. The institute also assists in the nationwide development of community groups, Finding Meaning in Medicine (FMM) whose purpose is to enable physicians to find strength within a community of physicians who share their values.
