- Lack of regard for personal comfort and dignity of others
- Inappropriate responses to patients needs or staff requests
- Uncooperative, defiant, rigid, inflexible
- Avoidant, unreliable
- Late or unsuitable replies to pages and calls or exaggerated

- Unprofessional demeanor or conduct
- Arrogant, disrespectful
- Inadequate communication in quantity, quality and promptness
- Recurrent conflict with others, particularly authority figures -
